Hello
and Welcome.
Core
Yoga
Studios combine
strong anatomical and physiological understanding, where
awareness on
alignment is highlighted to prevent injury, reduce recurring
stress-related problems and promote energy or "prana" to flow
throughout the whole body. FEEL
GOOD NOW!

Core
Yoga
Studios promotes
“Yoga
for Living” and
draws upon traditional
aspects of yoga, meditation and pranayama, while improving vitality,
endurance and flexibility to harmonize body, mind and spirit.
Often
more
flexible areas tend
to be stretched and we rely on our already more developed muscles for
strength. Our yoga classes encourage weak parts to strengthen and stiff
areas to stretch thus awakening and realigning the whole body into good
basic posture.
The
studio is fully equipped, with mats,
blankets, bolsters etc, but
please feel free to bring your own mat if you so desire.
If you are a new student there is no need to book in for a class, just
come to class 10- 15 minutes earlier to introduce yourself to the
teacher.
All new students need to fill out a student profile sheet before there
first
class, this can be done in the studio or you can download and print by Clicking
Here
then
bring
to first class.
NEW
VENUE!
Core
Yoga has a new venue in West End. We have moved to the top floor at 5/72 Vulture St.
This
puts us a little closer to the hub of West End and bustling
Boundary St.
Our
new Studio has a fantastic yoga room with stunning views of the City,
has
all the same comforts of the old studio, but better!
We
also have a beautiful new reception and our office will also be located
here.
In
addition, we have built two practitioner rooms
that will be open soon.
We
anticipate that these with have
complemetry services. One of these
rooms is also large enough to conduct one-on-one yoga sessions, so we
may be available during times that classes are already on in the large
studio.
